Adrian embarked on his remarkable property management odyssey back in 2003, as a part-time groundskeeper.


For over a decade, since 2007, Adrian has taken the helm of service departments overseeing maintenance operations, capital projects, and renovations for portfolios encompassing up to 32,000 apartment homes. He's left his mark on the multifamily landscape, collaborating with industry giants such as Greystar, Balfour Beatty Communities, PMG, and Cortland.

Luisa Luperdi

Luisa Luperdi has over fifteen years of serving the multifamily industry, starting her career as a leasing consultant and growing to occupy several corporate roles. Her experience spans from repositioning assets to stabilization of distressed properties and developing human capital. Luisa holds a Certified Apartment Manager designation, a bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, and an executive master's in public administration from Syracuse University. She has also served her community by holding an honorable position as Legislative Aid for the first Latina State Representative in the Georgia State Capitol, and volunteering in local non-profit organizations. Luisa identifies herself as a servant leader and believes in Transformational Leadership as a management ethos. On her off time, you can find Luisa reading novels and spending time with her friends and family.

Jason Simpson is a distinguished Maintenance Supervisor at Embrey, renowned for his expertise in optimizing maintenance operations. With a commitment to excellence, he has proven himself as a driving force in the field. In addition to his role at Embrey, Jason is a respected member of the Permian Basin Apartment Association, where he serves on the Board of Directors. Bringing his expertise and insights to the association, Jason actively contributes to shaping the industry landscape and fostering collaboration among professionals.


Awarded the 2022 Permian Basin Apartment Association Maintenance Professional of the Year, a testament to Jason's dedication and outstanding contributions to the field. Additionally, he was recognized as an Emerging Leader by the Texas Apartment Association (TAA), solidifying his status as a rising star in the industry. At the core of Jason's professional approach is a commitment to raising the standard of facilities management. He believes in aiming to set new benchmarks in the industry and inspire others to achieve excellence

Lori Agudo

As Director of Training & Talent Development, Ms. Lori Agudo is responsible for the oversight of all training related programs for over 850 Royal American Management employees. She has over 17 years of experience in the multifamily industry and has been an industry educator for the past six years. She serves the industry in the following capacities: AAGO Education Advisory Council, DEI Committee, and AAGO Foundation Secretary, Treasurer for SCAA Board of Directors and Sponsorship Chairperson, Delegate representing SCAA on FAA Board of Directors, Mentor for NAA’s Diversity Leadership Program, member of the NAAEI Curriculum Development Committee, and is a NAAEI Faculty member. Ms. Agudo holds the Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT) certification, Certified Community Manager (CAM) designation, and NAAEI Virtual Facilitator Training certification. She is currently in pursuit of her ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) certification through IREM.
